PAMILYA SHIPPING POLICY

The PAMILYA Seller will process the shipping of your order once payment is confirmed. Upon
successful order placement, we will notify the seller to commence the shipping of your products.

The seller has the option to engage independent service providers to deliver the products to
your designated address. To avoid delays or cancellations of delivery, you must comply with the
independent service provider’s shipping restrictions and terms and conditions.

If you are not personally available to receive your delivery, please provide an authorization letter and a government-issued ID to an authorized representative for timely and secure receipt of your order.

To ensure a smooth delivery process, please consider the following guidelines:

  • Delivery Notification: You will receive a notification via email and/or SMS once your order has been dispatched. This notification will include tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at the time of order placement to avoid any missed delivery. Ensure that all details, including apartment or unit numbers, are correctly entered.                                                                                        
  • Delivery Timing: Delivery times may vary based on your location, the seller’s processing time, and the chosen delivery service. While we strive to deliver your products promptly, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors such as high ordervolumes, logistical constraints, geographic restrictions, or inclement weather.
  • Authorized Representative: If you will not be available to receive your delivery personally, designate an authorized representative. The representative must present an authorization letter from you along with a government-issued ID to the delivery personnel.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: In case of failed delivery attempts due to the recipient’s unavailability or incorrect address information, the independent service provider will follow their specific protocol for re-delivery or package retrieval. Additional fees may apply for re-delivery services.
  • Contact Information: Ensure that your contact information, especially your phone number, is up-to-date and accurate. This allows the delivery personnel to reach you for any necessary coordination.
  • Order Issues: If you encounter any issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong product or a damaged item, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. We will assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds in accordance with our Return and Exchange Policy.
